He has worked for many corporates in structuring their business systems and processes apart from statutory audits, Taxation advisory on direct and indirect taxes and consultancy services. He has also served on the board of technology companies and contributed in developing certain niche products.
He has also learned the basics of Vasthushasthra from the Pioneer institution – Aranmula Vasthu Vidhya Gurukulam and this has added to the value of business consultancy.
He is also involved in Training activities from 1996 onwards and has conducted various trainings on Professional areas of Chartered Accountancy and Personality development in many locations. He has also visited many educational institutions for conducting training and awareness programs.
He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor and has also completed the certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is also a Member of the Association of the Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) - USA.
He was the Chairman of Palakkad Branch of SIRC of ICAI during 2020-21 He is also the Secretary of the Palghat Management Association and the Secretary of the prestigious Madhava Raja Club, Palakkad which was established in 1943. He is a member of Lions Club of Palghat and was the District Cabinet Treasurer of Lions District 318D for the year 2018-19.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a partner of M/s. Vimal Venu & Co, Chartered Accountants, engaged in Management Consultancy since 1998. He earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Calicut University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.
He has also completed the certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He worked as the Finance Manager at Apollo Builtech, a well-known construction company in Calicut. After that, he worked as an accounts manager for "AM Motors," the largest car dealership in the Malappuram District. He was the Internal Audit Manager for the "Eram Groups of Companies," for three years, where he has made significant contributions. Later in 2015, he started Professional practice and founded M/s MVS & CO, an audit firm that specialises in statutory audits, taxation, and internal audits.
M/s. MVS & Co. was merged with M/s. Vimal Venu & Co, Chartered Accountants on 1st January 2021.
He is the President of Lions Club of Palakkad Heritage City and is the Chairman of Palakkad Branch of SICASA of ICAI.
He has specialised in taxation & Audit and now he is handling the portfolio of Statutory Audit and other income tax related matters of the firm.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India qualified in the year 2012 and a partner of M/s. Vimal Venu & Co, Chartered Accountants. He also holds a master’s degree in commerce from Calicut University and has also cleared NET. Soon he joined Eram Motors Private Limited as Internal Auditor and had made significant contributions in streamlining the operations of the Company. Later in 2015 he took his COP and established the CA Firm MVS & Associates along with CA. Mahesh Varghese. He was the Management Consultant for “Eram Group of Companies” and has made notable contributions for the companies. He has rich experience in corporate accounts, internal audit, Finance management and taxation and is specialized in laying internal controls and standards for various companies. His business development skills are in line with operations, delegating work, and managing a leadership team to keep businesses successful. Now he oversees GST services and Management Consultancy of the firm.
